Our Weekend

This weekend we got A LOT done around the house!  Dustin was a super star and did most of little tasks that were on his "honey-do" list  :-)

Dustin mowed our lawn and trimmed the bushes for the first time. Look at that concentration! :-)

We also finally decided on a new couch for the living room!  It started raining on our way home. Here is Dustin and Kim unloading it as it started pouring!

Ta-da! Now we just need to finish decorating the room. We need a coffee table (instead of that bench) and a nice unit to put the cable box & Xbox in, new pillows, and some sort of chair for the other side of the room.

It's not that big of a room so it was hard trying to find something comfy that wasn't too big. But I have always wanted a sectional!

Leah and I are starting to get into a routine during the week. I am still not used to where everything is and it is definitely not all organized yet.  But we are still taking time every day to play! Last week we had a few warm days which was nice.

Leah was being really quiet the other day and I went into her room and she was just sitting in her little reading nook. She LOVES her books!

She has been having a blast in her new tunnel.

Well it is finally fall! I am trying to get a lot of fun activities planned for this month while also continuing to do projects with our house! Busy, busy!
